About this apartment

Stay in the pulsing heart of the city, see it all from the terrace will you chill out. Recently remodelled mixing the original style of the building from 1936 with modern amenities.
The location is a perfect hub for public transport, with 3 Metro lines (B,C and D) converging in the station downstairs, and the 11 bus lines of the Metrobus system on 9 de Julio avenue. At walking distance is the Teatro Colón, Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada, Florida street and many other city attractions, as theatre row and the famous bookstores. There are parking structures nearby, half a block away. There is a 24 hour open supermarket 150 meters away, and 24 hour pharmacy 2 blocks away.

The apartment is located in the top floor of a corner building with 24 hour security and two elevators, and boasts a running terrace facing the Obelisk, from where you can enjoy 270 degrees views of 9 de Julio avenue and Corrientes Avenue.

Equipped with a digital lock with code at the entrance, you are free to come and go without having to worry about the key. There is a sitting area with a sofa on the entrance hall, which opens into the living room, integrated with a modern concept with the the kitchen. Furnishings with marble tops provide spacious areas for dining or entertaining. Appliances like the refrigerator and washer/dryer are wisely concealed into the cabinets, keeping a minimalistic appearance. The cooking range is vitroceramic and the oven is an all-in-one convection, grill and microwave oven. Also available is an electric kettle, toaster, a blender and a coffee machine Dolce Gusto. On request, you can also have an expresso machine.

There is a sound system which can be connected easily to your favorite music through NFC or Bluetooth and a big LED TV connected to digital cable and Netflix. Under the main counter, there are multiple electric plug sockets to hook up your electronics. A smoke detector is installed, carbon monoxide sensor is not needed as all of the appliances are electric, there is no natural gas in the apartment.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed, both equipped with brand new mattresses and pillows with anti-mites covers. Both bedrooms include desk working areas, and comfortable closet spaces, as well as windows with full blackout capabilities, in order to ensure total darkness if you want it. There is a safe box with key available on request on the main bedroom.

The bathroom has been newly redone on an Art Deco inspired style, with a bathtub and spacious medicine cabinet. It includes a blow dryer and first-aid kit.

There are two air conditioned devices to either cool or heat up the apartment, one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom.

The terrace is filled with plants and flowers, and boasts different seating spaces to enjoy the view while having breakfast, or having a drink.
