I stay there for 4 nights and the room include breakfast. I was kinda bored with the breakfast on the 3rd day. It will be good if they can change the foods everyday or every 2 days.

While the staff is nice, this hotel is nowhere near ready to be open to the public. Too many things missing or not properly thought out when it was built. 1. Road Noise is terrible, very close to highway and needs dual or triple pane sound proof windows. Got very little sleep due to the noise 2. Closet is so close to the bed that the doors don't open fully and the closet can't be used. Couldn't unpack suitcase. 3. The king size bed has no frame or box spring, it's on the floor. Also, it's up a set of stairs to the loft while the bathroom is on the entry level. A terrible set up for anyone who needs to use the bathroom at night. I would never have stayed here if I knew the bed was up a flight of stairs. 4. The room did not have a coffee table, mirror or microwave. The only mirror is in the bathroom There were no washcloths or body lotion and the towels are thin and cheap 5. Safe is tiny, will not hold a 15" laptop. 6. No shelf in the shower for toiletries, only a thin metal tray to hold 1 small bar of soap. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and I could not turn on the light without waking up my gf with the loud fan noise. 7. Exercise room didn't have any towels, hand sanitizer, water cooler or bottled water and was out of toilet paper. My key card didn't work to open the exercise room and I had to wait several minutes for staff to arrive and let me in. There are many other choices in Bangkok, until they fix all the flaws this place should not be on Hotels.com

I checked in about 1pm on Nov 7th, clerk was not happy that I check in a bit early but there's no traffic, so I arrive a bit early. Clerk did not inform me anything about the hotel. She did not provide me information about where is the pool, gym, restaurants, breakfast time. On 8th, we came downstairs for breakfast at 10.30am, clerk who was at front desk was not friendly to us. She said breakfast is closed and did not offer to provide us with anything for breakfast even thought we paid for breakfast package with our pool front unit. Checking out on Nov 8th, 2019 at 11.30am, the same clerk was at the front desk. She did not say much it in a nice moose, she asked if I have ฿1,000 bill because she need smaller bill at the hotel. She was not a helpful front desk person and have no concept of customer service in mind. We left the hotel and drove 2 hours away then I could not find my ID, so we called the hotel. She said my ID was there. We had to drive 2 hours back to get my ID when she forgot to give it back to me after making copy for her file. Moreover, when I get there I saw four IDs there. I asked her, why so many IDs here, she said she forgot to return them to her customers after she made copies of the IDs. This is terrible!

The bad service that I encountered was booked 3 months in advance. All money has been paid. But before the arrival date 3 days to call to cancel, so don't give a reason to tell, but the manager ordered to call. What kind of room to ask? Not interested, arrange according to the hotel conveniently Customers are not comfortable with it. Go to a family, separate parents / children on different floors After staying for 2 nights, returning from business late at night (10 PM), we found that no room has been collected yet. Call and ask by mobile phone because there is no internal phone. Tell busy housekeeper Therefore request more drinking water Soap, shampoo, give a small bottle And not adding (Better to prepare yourself) Report a problem The front will politely say sorry (customer problem is not ours) and then continue to talk. Het hotel is mooi, daar had ik geen klachten over ook de hotelservice was ok. Wat mij erg tegenviel was het ontbijt en het personeel van het restaurant. Er was eigenlijk maar 1 menu (7) maar dat was allemaal een variatie op ei.weinig keus dus Het personeel was niet gemotiveerd. En er was koude koffie in de koffie pot smorgens om 8 uur erg slecht
