LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
This super cute & luxurious home offers central A/C, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5
Bathrooms, 1000 ft on two levels, an open layout on the main floor
with modern decor and a fabulously large deck.
The main level offers a powder room, computer desk, comfortable living
space, 60" Smart TV with Netflix & Theme Packs, fireplace and dining
for 5. The Chef's kitchen is appointed with a commercial gas range,
quality cookware & accessories, spices, oils and your own herb garden.

The air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs with king beds in
both, boutique hotel-grade linens and a full-sized W/D. The master
suite is large with a fireplace, 48" Smart TV and access to the
oversized semi-ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, 5' rain shower and
a large soaker tub. The king bed in the spare room is able to be split
into two twin beds, and linens in the storage trunk.

For those with a party of 5, we have a twin air bed hidden in the
ottoman. The large deck overlooks your own private oasis, but is not
too private to catch the vibe of the street. Grill on the Weber BBQ
and eat alfresco on the beautiful teak dining table for 6 surrounded
by beautiful flowers in the summertime.

Did we mention LOCATION? Walk the 300 ft to Okanagan Beach accessed by
a laneway or literally stroll to some of Penticton's best coffee bars,
brewpubs & wine bars. Within a 4 block radius explore some of
Penticton's popular tourist attractions like Coyote Channel Cruises,
Loco Landing Theme Park, the famous Peach Ice Cream stand and the
ever-popular Saturday Farmer's Market. Other walkable amenities
include Okanagan Events Centre, Okanagan Hockey School & Academy,
Convention Centre, Rec Centre, Casino, Cineplex Movie Theatre,
Okanagan Lake Marina, tennis courts, great shopping, and multiple
parks and biking trails.

For wine lovers, the Naramata Bench with its award-winning (50+)
wineries begins less than a 5-minute drive from this desirable
location. For the golfers, choose local or from multiple golf courses
within a short 30-minute drive. For the snow skiers, Apex Mountain
