Decent but no toiletries inconvenient contruction
Not that this affected me but there was no shampoo, no body wash and no conditioner in supplies shower caddy and there wasn’t any regular coffee only decaf no sugar. Was very inconvenient to have carpets cleaned while staying there I felt I had to empty my room that day I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my belongings around and what I did leave there was moved and gone thru even tho it was NOT in the way AT ALL. Over all was nice and staff was friendly how ever breakfast was just short of a continental.. fair at best but was ok. And in all the places I stay once a month in Tucson I have never had them physically charge a extra $100 for incidentals straight away and now I am sitting waiting for the return of $100 extra dollars now I understand the fact of it but have never been charged that straight away. Tho I don’t use much of the room besides shower and sleep it was shocking not knowing I’d be putting up an extra $100 straight away so let’s hope it’s honest and I see my extra $100 back on my cc soon.

Good place to stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay, the place had everything we needed, the setup was a queen bed upstairs w/ closet and bathroom another 2 twin beds downstairs and bathroom, kitchen, couch and had 3 tvs, pool and offered breakfast. We would come back.

Tucson Getaway
2 night stay. Overall, I was impressed. While stay with them again. Liked the studio apartment feel versus being on a smallish room. Saw a pool & basketball court. Very nice. Only a few very minor hiccups. First room, the AC was frozen. Maintenance responsed quickly. I was moved. Next room great but no soap. Told from desk & service lady, not fixed. I survived and that did not dostract from my overall satisfaction.

Location & staff were great. However in our room our bathroom tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was stuff stuck in the drain and it also had a leak so there was running water all night long. The sink had what appeared to be syrup still stuck on the counters. The closet door was broken and just left sitting there. We didn’t mind to much being that all of our kiddos are preteens and we were only staying for two nights but if someone had a little one running around it wouldn’t have been safe and it was blocking the shelving in place to unpack your belongings. The kitchen sink knob was a little hard to move and turn on. The pull out couch had some stains and didn’t look like something someone would be okay sleeping on. We chose not to use it.
