There are some excellent staff but the property itself is not well cared for. The “updated rooms” basically had new bed covers, carpet, and a couch but everything else was old. Could hear every word through the neighboring walls. The elevators were insanely slow - like 15 minutes if you’re lucky just to fit in one. We started going up just to go down.

The room needed attention.
The bathroom had been remodeled but when the fixtures were replaced (the towel bar, toilet paper holder and ladies magnifying face mirror) they did not put a “ molly” into the drywall so they were loose and the mirror was falling off the wall. The handles to the faucets both hot and cold were not connected under the countertop and were moving around. I was surprised a maid didn’t report it to maintenance. They had a lot of cords on the floor connecting to an power strip cord with multiple plug ends, for the price of the room it seemed odd. The actual room was nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
