    Good 6.0
    Superb staff in old building
Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff outweigh the rundown condition of the building itself. Despite the state of the hallways and the rooms being old (with perhaps some smudged wallpaper and some beer bottles left on the balcony), the bed was very comfy! The hotel is also very conveniently located just off the 40 if you’re road tripping. If the rooms are on sale, book it to save, but don’t expect a pristine or beautiful space.

Great attentive staff, next to some interstates good or not?

    Could have been better
The room looked decent. In the bathroom we found a a few roaches and a spider. Then, there were people up til 2am hanging out outside which of course sounded like they were right in the room with you. Not a good night sleep.
    Lilivady, us1 night family trip
    Poor 2.0
Horrible room, ripped curtains and less than optimum cleaning.

    Albuquerque Quick Stop
The hotel needs a face lift. All the staff were excellent, its just old and not the usual Crowne Plaza experience
LINDA, us1 night trip with friends
    Poor 2.0
    Too Many Moths
There were large moths flying around our room. The city has some sort of moth invasion. We were told to keep our balcony door closed(which we did) but there were still moths. I could barely sleep knowing they kept coming out from all over the room. The room was a little outdated also. The front desk people were very nice. I would not stay there again, mainly because of the moths.

    Nice and clean!
Everything was good and we got a good night's sleep. We stopped here on the way home to California to rest overnight.
