Great for families!
This experience couldn't have been better. The Junior Suite was perfect for a family of 4. It allowed for the babies to go to sleep and mom and dad to hang in the living room area. The bathroom was beautiful and had a great soaking bath - and it came with the salts, nice touch! The swimming pool was enjoyed by all, too! Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was yummy! Can't wait to stay again.

There, but not there
The front person was intolerable. Rude and really took away my from my experience in one my most favorite hotels.

DC’s Best Hotel Dining
Excellent hospitality from the valet to reception, to Tom the concierge, and all of the BDT staff! One key area for improvement would be housekeeping (thoroughness and communication) - we had to pick up small debris upon arrival and could barely request towels without a game of charades.
