Great location, great view, breakfast was fantastic and staff is the best - friendly, efficient, always available to help. Hotel may look dated outside but it’s very comfortable inside. Beds were great, room’s comfortable, water pressure is great. The only tiny issue is the window vent can be open for outdoor fresh air but the screen isn’t clean (so don’t open it, which 99.9% won’t). Airport is nearby but can’t hear the planes. Would stay in the future.

The room was nice and the location was great. Water front with a decent grocery store just a few blocks away. There is also a 24hr hotdog stand nearby that the kids enjoyed very much (cash only). The idoor pool is decent and the pickleball/tennis court was nice. We also liked the bee hives. They were fun to watch and talk about with the kids. We would stay here again.

The location was great, walking distance to many things including the arena which was our reason to visit Toronto. Our corner room was large with two big windows looking out on the lake. The bed and linens were very comfy. Only negative was how loud the air-conditioner was, especially since it was right over the bed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Wish there were a few more resturant options in the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and staff were all nice. All things considered, for the price paid, we were disappointed with the hotel. We paid extra to have a view of Lake Ontario, the outside of the windows were so dirty that it ruined the view. The hotel room was dated, and while clean, I would expect more for what is being paid. Common areas air conditioning was poor and the breakfast buffet is poorly laid out and incredibly hot. By the time we managed to get a plate of food, our coffee was cold. I would return.
