    Nice Property With Bad Service
Great property with incredible resort style amenities in Rome. Lovely room. Nice pools. But sadly the service is horrible. Cleaning staff missed basic things every day- like fresh towels or glasses. Booked the hotel 5 months prior to our visit and still could not get Dining reservations at La Pergola... I know it’s hot restaurant but if your hotel guests can dine there with almost a half a year advance notice what’s wrong? What’s wrong with the bar and wait staff at the pool? Takes them 40-60mins to being a drink if your even able to get their attention to place an order. The pool and the fitness club seem to be over-run with locals who are health club members or purchased pool day passes... so don’t expect a quiet relaxing time at the pool. Despite the name this is not really a Waldorf level experience...

    Very Good 8.0
    Delightful hotel but very isolated
A delightful oasis from the noisey and crowded historic town. Spacious comfortable rooms with great gardens and pools for families. Wonderful staff. The hotel is however very isolated. Beware you may need to take costly taxis if you are unable to use the shuttle bus. The shuttle does not operate between 1pm and 4pm nor on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you want to maximise your opportunities to visit the key Roman tourist spots this hotel is a time waster given the commuting time required.

To die for luxury hotel 12 mins from Rome central
I am Canadian but used to live in Rome and I can tell you this is one of the most luxurious hotels in Rome , it's much more of a Summer hotel Because of its 3 pools and luxurious gardens . Stay be the pool during the day and then take the free shuttle to Piszza Barbarini when it cools down . The rooms are spacious and beautifuly decorated . I can't say enough about this hotel . It's like a museum inside . You have to see it to believe it . The staff are amazing - food excellent ( but very pricey ) . It's located in a residential area on the mountain so not much in the immediate are but the free hourly shuttle takes you to Roe and brings you back until 9 pm . After that a cab ride home can be anywhere from 14-20 EU or 13-17 via Uber . I stay here every year from The months of June to middle of September .

Luxury hotel - best for summer months !
I cannot say enough good things about this property . This is my favorite summer hotel . 3 pools , luxurious rooms - amazing breakfast . I travel quiet a bit and used to live in Rome . Despite the fact it's a free 15 min shuttle ride to Piazza Barberini ) it's well worth it from June to mid September . It's still great in fall and winter but I would rather stay in the city centre if I am not going to lounge by the pool during those hot summer days then head into the centre for dinner . It's a Waldorf property so it isn't cheap but sometimes you can get amazing deals . I Jane stayed here every summer for years !

View of Rome to die for.
It was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at on our 14 day tour of Italy. The view from the top floors over looking the city of Rome are to hard to try and explain. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves great service.
