The room s nice the service excellent but the bed was hard and they didn’t have a top sheet or blanket, and the comforter was very heavy. I had to call the front desk and ask for a fitted sheet and a blanket. We had the air conditioner on and it was still too hot for the heavy comforter. Beside that the room was super clean

Greeted warmly by the front desk personnel. All questions answered satisfactorily. Room was ready for use. Room was clean, bathroom linen in place and air conditioning made the room pleasant to enter. Top floor room kept us away fro parking lot lights and noises -- nice for sleeping. Roomy bathroom. Instant hot water for sink and shower. Hot breakfast was a welcomed site in the mornings. Check-out went smoothly. Would gladly stay here again if need be.

Hot tub room was nice, even though it could only fit two people if they sat sideways, and refrig didn't keep anything cold but I didn't tell them til I left. There was dust by the shower. Could been cleaner. With this Pandemic crap the breakfast sucked, muffin, water, apple and nutrigrain bar and not being able to swim or sit in the bigger hot tub sucked. Id stay again

We've been on a cross country road trip, which is a strange thing to do during a pandemic. We've found by and large that Hampton Inn is doing the best at making guests feel comfortable and safe. This was no exception. The hotel is a little older than some we've stayed in, but we still felt way safer than some other chains we've been to. Customer service was mediocre from the desk, but there was a man leaf blowing the parking lot who was very friendly and sent us back inside for some coffee when he saw us packing up our car. Shout out to him, because the coffee was pretty good!

Had two nights booked and after the first night they checked me out the following morning. . I came back that afternoon to find out that i had to check in again. So while i was gone for the day they proceeded to clean the room and put all of my personal belongs in a trash bag. They showed very little concern over it as well. I am very unhappy about it
