SA getaway
The front desk staff coming and going were fantastic. The housekeeping staff was super helpful about area hideaways and where to go off the path. The room was pretty clean except the sequins along the edge of the wall. The bathtub needs new caulking but so does mine at home. Plenty of comfy pillows. Breakfast was nice and variety. Ice machines weren't functioning on day we left but otherwise were fine. Wyndom is pushing their timeshare disguised as concierge and if you don't do your you don't get coupons for SA. We will probably stay again for the price. It worked for our stay.

Night of the Pink concert
I don’t want this to go public because the staff was so friendly. We showed up on the day of the Pink concert so they were very busy. The front desk staff was so awesome and checked us in a couple of hours early at no charge. We really appreciated that!! When we got to our room the keys wouldnt work so we had to go back down and by that tim the line was very long. When we got into our room we didnt have any towels and we ended up both using a used bar of soap thinking the other had opened it. However, i happened upon a cleaning staff in the elevator and asked her if she had some towels and soap. She did and was so sweet to give us everthing we needed. Also, the tv didnt work. I dont think it was batteries in the remote because it lit up when you pushed the buttons. We went there to see a concert and really didnt need tv anyway.. so that was ok. The only other thing that makes me wonder if the room had been cleaned at all was that all the pillows were on one bed. However, the bed sheets and covers were tight and neat. Normally, i would have gone back to the front desk but the line was just so long. The only other thing i wish had been marked better was the stairs in the lobby. When we got back the lines for the elevators were so long. We never could find the stairs but we found an elevator that allowed us to get up to the 5th floor and then found a different elevator to take us to the 8th tloor.
