This place has no clue what customer service is
Check in was a nightmare, I paid extra for a balcony room and was not given that, I went back to ask for the correct room and staff was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for the room I paid for in advance. I finally got help for a manager who them had us wait around for another room. We finally wne to that room and opened the door to people in the bed, an occupied room. I then went back to check in where once again the rude girl in hospitality training at the front desk basically said that manager was not there and she could not help me. I then got loud and said I need a room and someone who cares. Finally another manager who was rude at first found us a room. We waited again a while and finally got our room. Unfortunately we had no time to eat before our event at this point. After our event we were rushing back to order room service before it emded and our room key would no longer open our door. We then had to go back to the check in desk again. My two boys are probably never going to want to go to a hotel again after this stressful experience. We will never go to an Omni Hotel again.

Great hotel just needs some work in a few areas
The hotel is nice and staff is really friendly! The breakfast buffet and staff is incredible. The elevators took a lot of time and when I checked in only 2 of the 4 worked. I was with a convention of 12000 and the hotel was sold out. The toilet in my room was very loud. I had housekeeping come in just to freshen the room once out of my 4 day stay and they gave towels and that was all. Did not make the bed or anything. I had even left a tip for them on the table with a thank you note and it was not even taken. The hotel is great and I would stay there again, but just not happy with those couple of things

Bottom line, I probably would not recommend
I stayed here as a business convention was occurring in the attached State Farm Arena, and I have very mixed feelings about this property. While the employees are generally incredibly kind and accommodating, this property desperately needs to address a number of issues quickly. For starters, there is an extreme lack of basics such as luggage carts - I waited a total of 2 hours for a cart upon arrival and departure and finally ended up making multiple trips to lug my heavy items from the room to valet upon departure. The rooms (beds) are comfortable enough but desperately need a refresh. For example, the table lamp 1) looked straight out of 1994, and 2) the plugs in the lamp’s base didn’t work - neither did the power strip that had obviously been inserted into a hole cut in the front of the 1994 desk. This is a huge problem this day and age with all the electronics and only 1 other accessible plug in the room. The outlets in the bathroom were so loose that your plug would (and did) come out of the wall if you moved the cord too much. The restaurants, while really tasty, take 2 hours to complete a meal of salads… and the bartender/waiter in the sports bar was absolutely the rudest and worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I would fire my employee on the spot for behaving the way he did with my table during our stay. Bottom line, I absolutely would not pay the rate here without a compelling reason - the only one being State Farm Arena

Staff and Hotel Scammers Be Cautioned
Firstly, I’m highly disappointed that I had to hassle with the receptionist regarding my bill. Please be cautious of your payments, credit cards, etc. especially the restaurant staff. I paid my dinner check via personal credit card. The waitress double charged me by also charging the amount to my room. Secondly, I paid $100 per night incidental for my two-night stay, the hotel managed to find something wrong and kept $90 of my incidental with no explanation. Be cautious of this hotel and their staff as they unfortunately scam their customers. Needless to say, I’ve called the hotel to speak with someone to no avail.

Pics don’t match room description! $45 to park your car. Paid $400 for a room overlooking park. Terrible mattresses. No support from pillows. Mold in shower. Dated room. Not a good time for the family!
