Property was clean and bed was comfortable. But it was somewhat run down - missing towel rack, window shade, electrical plugs without covers, broken light switch. Water pressure was very low in shower. The neighborhood was horrible - nothing close by and lots of homeless people on the streets.

Abode give the exact instructions needed for everything. The only noise i heard was the exercise class they had every morning about 2 hours other than that peaceful.

Listing said 2 bedrooms and it was a 1 bedroom.
Avoid this listing. They require a lease agreement including a selfie with your id and screen shots of bank activity. The amount of email communication and requirements will make your head spin. There isnt anyone onsite to help you. The key codes are incorrect, you wait outside near the homeless shelter and listen to hold music or wait for an email apology saying its not their fault and they will look into it. The previous renters didn't replace the keys in the lock box outside the unit so we waited in the hallway at 11 pm freezing unable to reach anyone on the number provided. We finally received email and a phone call 45 minuts later by a supervisor with a separate code for the master lock box. The unit was filthy and needs repairs. Cleaners were unavailable due to freezing temperatures. Broken tiles leading into the bathroom that pop off as you walk in. The shower has no water pressure, tile is stained and there is standing water. There is a pvc sewage pipe over the bed with brown stains. The washer and dryer were a bonus but the dryer makes a LOUD squealing noise, it adds to the neighbors piano serenade. These walls are thin. There is a constant smell of weed as soon as you exit the elevator. Our room was accidentally canceled on there end so the called and emailed repeatedly wanting a new lease agreement and to pay for the stay again even though we haven't received a refund in the first place. The valet parking was the highlight of this stay. They were great.

The gym on the first floor was very loud. There we also a lot of people coming in and out of the building. The amount of homeless people outside on the street was also not very welcoming.

This place was above the aerobic facility so if you want to sleep do not rent this apartment. I sleep with earplugs anyhow and it woke me up at 5AM every morning. It also goes all day long. Good luck enjoying a business or fun trip. The management promised a certain refund but has not given it nor communicated since after a bit after the promises. I will NEVER use this company again. They should be mortified. This property was stupid to even purchase and will have ZERO resale value to be sold. So us lucky trusting visitors get stuck with it with no recourse. I hope no one gets taken advantaged with their time and hard earned money. It's a cute place it's a shame it's where it's located in the building and represented by such a terrible management company. Disgusting.
