Exceptional 10.0
Wouldn't go back
The room seemed outdated. Weirdly laid out and definitely not the expectations i had for a place like the Sheraton wall center. The sliding curtains were stuck and i had to fix them to get them open to see the view. The curtains looked like they hadnt been changed in 20 years. Overall just wasnt the experience we were hoping for. Customer service was incredible, food was nothing special. Definitely would not go back paying the full price of one of these rooms. Only reason im semi ok with it was because we got the room cheap. Had i paid $300 for a night i would be extremely disappointed. I felt like it was a cheap motel room from the 70s. View wasnt to spectacular being across from construction and the constant noise of ambulances from st pauls hospital.

Comfortable and Clean
Got upgraded to a deluxe room with a king size bed for no extra charge. So that was really nice. Room was awesome and the view is incredible. Loved it. Nice big shower too :-)

Pretty great stay, but bring your own pillow.
Loved the stay. Check in and all staff we encountered were super-friendly, room was nice and quiet and club floor amenities were great, well worth the extra cost. Pillows were so terrible, laughably bad, and funnier still when we received a link to their bedding for purchase with our e-folio. Upgrade the pillows! :)

I liked the fact that the hotel offered complimentary use of umbrellas, since it rained the entire time I was there.

Good 6.0
The expectations for the room were high when we saw the lobby of the hotel. These expectations were not met. Room was small and bathroom was average (definitely not a 4 star hotel bathroom). Only worth paying $150 a night (not $400 night)
