    Great price, mediocre accommodations

The beds were not that comfortable and there was a leak in my window that dripped when it rained. Also, you have limited wifi both in your room and in the lobby, in 20 or 30 minute increments which you are not able to shut off once you have started. The front desk staff were not very friendly.

No windows room was in the basement. Internet didn’t connect in the basement but lobby was connected and comfortable sit there. If you were okay like that, it would be great value. Bed was very comfortable, shower was strong. Great location!!

There was nothing I liked about this property. The advertisements were completely false and it is not a four star hotel. I left after one night.

The location is great, central and easy access to public transportation. However, the bed was very hard, difficult to sleep on and water would not drain properly in the bathroom. Each bath was taken in a pool of water because the water would drain so slowly out of the tub. The same for the face basin. Water drained slowly out of it as well. The carpet and furniture were all ripped, old and damaged. By the way this was a second room choice that was given to me because the initial room had the same problems in addition to being dirty at check in. Very disappointed. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone

One step up from a hostel-no value

The place is dated and in a state of Reno. The pool and hot tub are shut and there is nowhere that tells you such. The staff are nice but our room was right beside where the cleaner pick up all their gear and they were loud and makeing noise at 7 am. Our room had a view of construction beside us. Which started early in the am. The beds are rock hard and springs. And one side was broken. Mould in the bath tub. The only plus is the breakfast was nice.

Horrible service at the front desk, wonderful service from the concierge. Had to change rooms twice due to broken fan making loud noise and stains, no swimming pool.

    Pros and cons

Pros: good helpful staff, convenient location, nice views (from my room), large room, clean bathroom, bars and restaurants in the building with nice water views), good room service, luggage storage. Cons: WiFi limited in rooms (open in lobbies), unsecured networks (can’t do banking, etc...), no fridge in room, dated decor.
