Beautiful Hotel in a great location by Boston Common. Within walking distance to many of Boston's attractions. Concierge staff is very friendly and helpful and has excellent knowledge of Boston and Cape Cod area. Louis

Great Location - Service isn’t what it should be.
The service was not what we’d expect from this brand. When our bellman showed us the room, he noted that we were short a towel and bathrobe and said he would send them up (he didn’t). When my son called to ask the price of the jar of gummy bears, he was told it was on the minibar price list (it wasn’t). How about saying “it should be on the price list but let me look that up for you”. The coffee station was always out of something in the morning and staff weren’t checking in on it.

We had a very enjoyable stay, I would recommend the Hotel to everybody. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The hotel itself was very nice, we loved the antiquity of the place.

Avoiding-in need of Repairs/better Management
Carried own bags in from snow, old place with old carpets/smelled bad, the waiter spilled drink on dress, nails (3) stuck out on old table at dinner that cost $380! Needs repairs, heard it is new management, even broken bath and sink drains when we arrived. Inspire a remodel before more injuries and build a positive team -heard it was sold to overseas group and hence “a good time to review for safety and regulations” as needs vital help!
