Clean and friendly staff
Hotel is excellently located next to The Alamo, building is older but very clean and kind staff. Only complaint was our air conditioning was not working, maintenance responded within minutes and had it back on but it keep turning off and was hard to get the room to cool down, thankfully it wasn't the heat of summer.

Did the job.
It was okay. I got a goodnight sleep but other than that it’s okay. The valet is quite expensive but I guess it’s because of location which is fine. But I wish after a long drive where I got in late at night to have some water in the hotel like a complementary water bottle to drink. There was none. Also I wish there was a sign for me to see what floor the gym was or if it would be said to us when we checked in. I had to go to lobby to ask where the gym was. But other than that I slept good and comfortable. It’s right by the Alamo which is awesome.
