Upon arrival the night auditor didn’t let me know, nor the next day crew know that I had left my credit card that night. He didn’t even call me that night, nor the next morning.

Beware of bad smell!
Our room smelled so badly it made me sick. I asked to switch rooms but was told they all smelled because the carpet cleaning company they used didn't dry the carpet enough. The front desk had given out all the air freshener they had. So we bought our own and some Febreze, too. I sprayed the entire room 3 times and it didn't get rid of the smell, but it made it bearable. We only stayed 1 night and we leaving early in the morning. Otherwise, I would've gone elsewhere.
