Hotel for point redeemers, not for charm or servic
A hotel for people / families redeeming their Marriot points. No ambiance let alone basic amenities, like functional elevators during a pandemic. Constantly waiting for an elevator. Coffee machine in room didn’t work just flashed red, Overpriced at $250 a night forget about over $400. Modest room and lobby. Great location Nice check-in people. Not so welcoming front bellmen, especially when trying to understand the parking, no valet set up. Line was so long didn’t check out just left

We've been here before and it is a good hotel but they are sooo understaffed. The line to the reception take ages. The elevators would need a look over since they wasn't always working. The new entry area became very nice, though.

Despite a mix up because I booked the wrong dates, the hotel were very accomodating and gave me a room. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very nice and in a good location
