Great Hotel Location - Access Difficult
Access to the hotel and parking due to construction. Phoned hotel for support and front desk provided incomplete instructions that created a 45 minute delay from arrival to hotel to actually finding the parking. I realize the hotel doesn't control the construction - however the front desk was not helpful and it cost us time and considerable frustration
