Old building right by the interstate. Never saw breakfast. Homeless person asked us to use the shower. Couldn't use the hdmi port on the tv & there was no closet! 2 pillows for 3 people???

Less than bottom of the barrel
I cannot believe this place is even offered by Hotels.com It has sunk below the bottom of the barrel for overnight stays unless your sole interest is bottom dollar. The first room the front desk gave us was in use or vacant (TV was on, lights on, beds messed, towels on floor) The second room had no towels or washcloths and the toilet was visibly dirty and the shower had so much hair of both types you wondered if it was a prank. However since it was late at night and we were travel weary we stayed. However the front desk could only give us 3 floor mats for any towels/cloths! The next morning we headed down for breakfast at 7:05 only to find the lobby locked and dark. A male was sleeping on the floor and rose after I knocked. He told me to come back at 8 for breakfast. I figured it was because we were there Sun morning. At 8 we returned and of course no breakfast -- nor anyone at the counter. Two other mad travelers were there seeking help for replacement keys as their original had ceased to work and they were locked out (ours had failed too but we had my wife keeping access in the room.) 45 frustrating minutes later one of the fellas went down the way and awoke the Indian daytime desk woman by knocking on the room door that did not have a card access (great deduction.) Calling the hotel # and even Days Inn corporate was getting us nowhere. It seemed like the majority of nightlife activity was people who were squatters in this place & there were at least 4 large dogs

It was absolutely disgusting in the room. the floors and walls were dirty the sheets and blankets and pillow were dirty. the floors were nasty. the tv didn’t even work. they had no clean towels the whole time i was there. never made a single accommodation for us.
