Room and the hotel were very clean and staff were very freindly

Apart that we had no water running for a few hours due to undisclosed matter , everything was great. For a reason also unknown the first day out room was not cleaned. Probably I guess they again had a water issue. To compensate all the Marriott members we received 500 points bonus.Overall the hotel is very well maintained and staff our really friendly amd helpful.

The new design and room was very nice and comfortable the only thing Rhatvborher me is that the AC was making a loud noise and I couldn’t sleep very well because of that.

Customer service was fantastic, room was gorgeous and clean. The only drawback was wifi is advertised as free, however, when you arrive it is charged per room. Also there is no free parking, only valet is available ($25/day) and that charge is hard to see on their site. Otherwise beautiful stay and I would go there again :)

Room was okay, but let me just say the noise is out of control. All night long all I oculus hear is was doors slamming and people having a good time. I tried calling on the hotel phone many times without anyone answering. Then finally called from my phone. They said they would send someone, but it was loud all night

Had to get a hotel due to last minute travel plans and hadn’t slept all night... accommodated early check in which was GREAT. Had some issues trying to call but once I got through they helped immediately!

It was great stay overall. The only thing that was annoying was the parking. The parking garage was not connected to the hotel and there was no valet. Also, we had to pay use the parking garage every night.

They charge 22 bucks to park in there lot after you have already paid for the room. Get up to the room an apparently house keeping took the day off shower not cleaned dust in corners I mean come on do your job I definitely will never stay at the downtown Orlando again. From check in to check out was horrible
