A good stay
one would expect for a 4-start hotel

Fair 4.0
Great location - rooms not great
Cons: Dirty bathroom and showers (smelly). You can hear the people in the next room. WIFI IS UNRELIABLE. Front desk looked messy. Pros: Great location.

Poor 2.0
Don't Expect Warm Welcoming
I stayed at this hotel on a business trip last week. The staff (specially receptionists) were not friendly at all, the food was not good and was expensive, they didn't even clean my room and when i asked they just said sorry (but didn't even offer to clean it for me or ask if i need any towel), WIFI was very slow, and parking was very expensive. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which there are many other options around this area. My coworkers and myself are traveling to Manchester for business trip a lot, and will not stay at this hotel any more.

Very Good 8.0
Decent location but horrible wifi
Good central location but older hotel and WiFi was horrible. Hotel was full for a Rolling Stone's concert (at least that's what they said) and literally no wifi which is tough if you are on business.

Top notch
I felt particularly well looked after despite the Coronavirus situation. The staff were amazingly calm and helpful. I would like to thank all of you especially Farid and Paul the concierge, and I look forward to returning as soon as we are allowed to. The food was excellent too! Cheers guys and good luck to you all.

Bath tub was dirty, customer service was terrible and was charged twice for the room in which it took two weeks to refund!

Hotel room was clean and comfortable and staff were really helpful

Good 6.0
Great location but tired hotel
Stayed twice this week. First time was amazing as I was upgraded and service was amazing. Second time I got a room with a broken safe and TV that didn’t work opposite the lift so also noisy. Service much worse unfortunately so a mixed bag!!
Gemma, gb1 night trip
Good 6.0
Not worth the money.
I booked a twin room. 2 single beds with no space between in my opinion doesn’t constitute a twin room. The bathroom was in desperate need of a make over with mouldy patches. The shower was so low that at 5’8” I had to stoop to get under it. The only good thing was the lovely staff and the breakfast.
