Don't Expect Warm Welcoming
I stayed at this hotel on a business trip last week. The staff (specially receptionists) were not friendly at all, the food was not good and was expensive, they didn't even clean my room and when i asked they just said sorry (but didn't even offer to clean it for me or ask if i need any towel), WIFI was very slow, and parking was very expensive. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which there are many other options around this area. My coworkers and myself are traveling to Manchester for business trip a lot, and will not stay at this hotel any more.

Decent location but horrible wifi
Good central location but older hotel and WiFi was horrible. Hotel was full for a Rolling Stone's concert (at least that's what they said) and literally no wifi which is tough if you are on business.

A good nights stay again
Location is ideal by Piccalilli gardens and bus / tram depot, staff always friendly and helpfull, however the hotel is looking tired and in need of redecoration or refurbishment.

Pros and cons of central Manchester. Convenient for rail travellers but car parking on site and locally very expensive. Decent rooms, if a little on the small side, shower not great. Nice airy bar and restaurant, food good
