Overall, the room felt unclean. Slight ‘odor’ in the bathroom on arrival. Dust & crumbs on the shelves. If you are in your room after booking room service, they give you towels, but don’t come back when your out. When they did, they left wet used towels on the floor. Don’t be fooled, this place is not cheap and I would not recommend it. The breakfast was good though. )

This hotel offers a low standard, which was largely in line with what I expected given its budget profile. However, the cleanliness was well below an acceptable level. The room was poorly cleaned, with noticeable piles of dust in the corners and under the bed. Another issue was the bathroom, which developed an unpleasant smell after taking a shower. This made the room feel less comfortable overall. The biggest disappointment was the reception experience at check-in. The staff member who assisted me was openly unfriendly and unhelpful, creating a very poor first impression. To be fair, the rest of the staff I encountered during my stay were friendly, professional, and willing to help. Despite being one of the cheaper hotel options in Copenhagen, I would not choose to stay here again.

Check in was very slow. Whisky waiting to check in I heard someone complaining that his room had been broken into and the receptionist was entirely unhelpful. There were also a few druggies in the lobby. The room was extremely basic and not sound proof so heard every time someone closed a door.
