Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando

Loved the hotel & amenities. Location is fantastic! Check in was horrible as we had to wait 3 hours for our room with a reservation...beds were hard & uncomfortable but everything else made up for it!

My room was very spacious, laid out ver well, very comfortable and excellent location.

We stayed at Rosen Centre from Dec 25th to Dec 29th. On 26th night, when I returned from park, we found that our access cards were deactivated. When I went to the frond desk around 10:30 p.m., we were forced to change our rooms. we were told that we should pack our stuff and leave it in the room, we will be moved to some room which they didn't know at the time. As we planned to go to Hollywood studio on 27th morning, I had to wake up early, pack all my stuff. 27th evening went to front-desk to find my new room and re-program my cards. Staff wasn't friendly at all. I booked four nights through hotels.com but I was told that I had made 2 separate reservations, one night was booked through hotels.com and rest of the nights were through expedia. I had no knowledge of expedia. Manager blamed all on hotels.com and told that I was supposed to call Rosen Center Hotel ahead of time to check my booking. I wasn't even told on my arrival that I had 2 separate bookings. I have stayed in hotels before, I never needed to contact hotel. 28th evening when I came back late, both of my cards were again de-activated. I needed to show ids to reprogram the card again.In summary, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th, every single night, I had to go to front-desk to reprogram my cards, very bad management and service.

The hotel is located in a nice area. Our stay in Rosen Centre Hotel was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends who plan to go to Orlando.

Beware of breakfast at Cafe Gauguin! Bad service! Better to go to Denny’s next to hotel! Aside from this, hotel is excellent! Great location, and overall good management.
