Great location, great rooms but poor free wifi
Perfect location. Close to everything. Staff was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Can hear too much street noise. At first I thought the windows were open but they weren’t. The free wifi was very poor. The hotel charges for better wifi. Too expensive. Also, the hotel has a pool but it closes at 5:00 pm. Way too early. The sun sets at 9:00 pm!!

not a 4 stars but well located hotel
It was a pleasant stay overall. We only had two problems: the parking is paid and very expensive: thus, it's at least 5 minutes walk from the hotel (with luggage, it's not easy, no lift). The other problem is that we had been overcharged for something we were not supposed to pay. Despite the evidence, the guy at the reception was rude and refused to agree. Other than that, we had a good experience with the staff.

Old hotel trying to be modern.
The pictures make the hotel look really modern and great, but that’s not the case. It’s an old hotel with a few random things to try and make it look modern. The carpet is so worn out but then it’s next to a brand new shiny door. The bathroom was weird, it had 2 showers (one cubical and one over a bath) crammed in a tiny bathroom where you couldn’t even get your legs in to sit on the toilet and had to sit side ways!

Comfortable and clean
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms are much smaller than présented in pictures. Breakfast during covid times was a bit confusing and complicated. But I guess they did the best they could. Hotel pool is tiny. Overall our stay was enjoyable considering the circumstances with the pandemic. Hotel staff was helpful and pleasant.
