Clean and well located hotel with excellent staff.
An extremely pleasant hotel, less than 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais. Very clean and spacious room, chilling air conditioning, assorted breakfast and great staff (too many to mention e.g. Julien on reception and Binta/ Rayan?? at the rooftop bar).

Amazing stay with Atson Hotel, Alex was exceptional helpful and genuine friendly service with big smile everytime. Would rate him for the star of stars among all other brilliant staffs. Not the best experience for the rate - aircon wasn’t working, hairdryer wasn’t working and no alternative was available, fitness centre wasn’t really set up to use. Hotel staff friendly, and great location, but it needed a little better maintenance.

Terrible service and tired hotel.
The toilet flush was running all night broken. The wardrobe door hanging off. Balcony had two old odd chairs on it. We paid up front but was told that they Had no booking for us even though I showed them the confirmation booking number and email. They would only let us in if we gave owner credit card as guarantee. Drains smelled on some floors wall light not fitted correctly. .asaVIPgold member I was offered no upgrade etc. we had breakfast but had to ask for it not to be charged should be free. The water in the basin took 5 mins to drain out. I won’t be stopping again. And if nothing is done about it quite frankly I will consider if I use Hotels.com again . Supposedly a VIP member.
