One of the best places to stay in Havana next to Plaza Vieja in a calm street. Residencia staff was very helpful & friendly and available 24/7. The rooms are modern, industrial-chic, clean, and meet western standards. The place has a bar/café in the lobby where you can have drinks and snacks. We loved our stay there and would definitely choose it again!

the best boutique hotel in old havana. charming & chic, perfectly located on a small street by the water in havana viejo between san jose mercado & the capital. beautiful spaces made from recycled or repurposed materials. rooms are lovely and spacious (each has their own unique mural) with reliable (and wonderful!) ac, electricity, hot water and wifi and are immaculately maintained. excellent food and drinks with terrific staff who take amazing care and make guests feel like family. thank you internet for pointing me here!
