Terrible experience, had ants and bug in the room
The room was very dirty, I had ants and a bug in my room ( which according to front desk is a usual thing there because is an old building). I got a room with a shower inside the room without any curtain even, doesn't feel nice to shower like this. The room was very small without a place the put the suitcase. I didn't received any help from the manager And he was un reached about the ants prob. Terrible experience.

We loved our stay at the Boutique Relais, it is close to everything, but very quiet at night. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the staff are super helpful. We would stay there again for sure.

This was the perfect quaint boutique hotel in the old part of Rome. Easy walking to all major sights and pleasant surprises at every turn. Guests now enjoy a bonus of limited access for 1 1/2 hours free spa time per day of stay by reservation, a welcome amenity that cost extra in the past. The front desk staff was superb, friendly and very helpful. My room was ready when I arrived after a long transatlantic flight at 10:30 am. They also arranged airport and train station transfers that were very courteous and punctual. I am even coming back for two days after my 10 day visit to Florence. I could go on and on about this little gem in the heart of Rome but suffice to say if you like small and quaint, you cannot go wrong choosing this for your stay again and again. Bellísimo!

Great little place! Will stay again.
The boutique was very nice. The location is near impossible for taxis to get to so expect to walk just 1-2 streets over and you’re fine. We rented the spa too which was great. The water in the spa wasn’t hot or even very warm which was the only let down. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had great bathrooms.
