Good 6.0
For business travelers not families.
Seems to be geared towards business travelers. Location was great for driving to nearby attractions however not nice for being able to get out and walk around. Service requests to rooms were slow (20 min for wine glasses, toothbrush). No queen beds - only doubles. Rooms were on the small side for a family of 4.

The restaurant foods are overpriced. Charged $25 per day parking, very expensive.

Parking warning ⚠️!
I was traveling for work and decided to stay here again. I stayed here a few years back and they were remodeling then. The pictures of the property are just as they look. It was nice to sit outside by the fire pit area. They only remodeled the lobby and outside, the rooms are still kinda old and outdated (which I didn’t like). My room didn’t have a remote control, I called the front desk and they brought me one. The coffee machine in my room didn’t work so I called for a new one. They said they’d send one up. I waited and waited because I didn’t want to go downstairs and get coffee. After waiting over an hour I got dressed and bought coffee in the coffee bar downstairs. When I got back to my room someone had replaced the old one with the new one. A little too late since I was checking out soon. When I booked my room I booked the more expensive option with parking included (it was a cheaper option than what the hotel charges). When I checked it they asked me if I was parking a car with them, I specifically said I booked the room with the parking included. The guy checked and said “oh yes you did”. Well guess who got charged for parking AGAIN once my finally bill was emailed to me....yep I did! When I called the next day the lady acted put out that she had to look up my reservation details then told me she had to file a report and it would take 5-6 business days to hear anything. Staff in restaurant and bar were nice, but I will not be staying here again.

Very Good 8.0
Wonderful Staff - every single employee!
The Staff, their service, was impeccable, but they can't make up for the uncomfortable, sagging beds. In addition, there were beads of grout/spackle left in the bathtub and on the facet that rubbed off into the bath water. I would definitely recommend this hotel for their wonderful service, but if you have back issues, not their uncomfortable old beds.

The room was very cold. However, the service of All the staff was exceptional!
