Very run down. Walls all beaten up. Gross brown carpet. 1 block from Trevi Fountain and walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

Decent price and decent comfort- great location.
It has a great location. Small hotel. Older place and older carpet. Rooms are small but doable. Bathrooms clean. We had a standard room and the bed was on a wood platform with 2 twin mattresses. Not the best of sleeping comfort. But the price was pretty good.

Tired old girl
This hotel is pretty tired—dirty, worn carpets, broken tiles, rattling ac unit. If it wasn’t such a good location I could not recommend it.

The Room staff and breakfast were great. However the room had a strong smell. I would describe it as maybe a some sort of insect repellent cleaner. Do not not if room got recently sprayed. You would get used to it and it would be lingering vaguely so you would smell it every now and then. Other than that room was fine staff was polite helpful and breakfast was nice.

A lovely place!
A wonderful place that provided all that we need with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was courteous and helpful and we had no problems with the language barrier! Will definitely recommend this place. It was close to just about anywhere in terms of the major attractions!
