Shame stayed at better .

Not wheelchair friendly but that is on us we didn't check. But beware of that . Hotel is a bit tired or dated needs updating. Breakfast is neither good or bad food seems good quality but ironically bland and the location for breakfast is also bland. Peanut's on floor by bed and quite dusty, so cleaning needs work . Bed was comfy. You have the opportunity to forgo room cleaning if staying 2or more nights and get a £7 voucher for piccadilly costa.which we tried thinking that you would just be given it after putting the appropriate sign on your door .However it seems to work on dont ask for your voucher tou dont get it . Overall not a bad hotel but not great either and having stayed in at least 5 hotels in Leicester Square and more in surrounding area for the same money threre is better, which is a shame because location is great . Also other hotels in the square have shame sort of entrance but have managed to put in a wheelchair lift.

Great location!

Staff were very friendly. Great location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Rooms seemed to be a little run down but clean. The complementary drinks in the mini bar were a huge plus!

Staff, great! Hotel, Dirty.

Stayed in room 306. Room filthy, dusty, mouldy, DIY job!! Most of the staff were amazing. First person to check us in didnt know what they were doing. Bit usless. The rest and the 2nd person were fabulous / amazing. Talked and welcome you, wish you a good evening, ask how your evening was etc etc. The room, the hotel, really needs an upflift. The room was dusty and dirty. The basics werent kept up to. Table tops etc covered in dust. The bathroom has old broken corking round the top of the toilet, tiles bodged back under the sink, the shower door didnt close properly, mould in the corner of the shower door. I felt dirty leaving the hotel. Breakfast, actualy was okay. For £37 for 2 i though was boardering on offensive in price though for what it was. We ate out at a premium steak breafsat place which was £43.70 for an amazing breakfast and premium coffee. This hotel need to readjust itsself. Being located in Piccadilly Circus centrally does not justify the price either for the stay or the breakfast. For all the good service, i wouldnt stay here again and would higly recomment people avoid this place if you dont want to leave scratching like we did. Honestly, knockin of the price of breakfast might have been a gesture of good will but nothing.
