Fantastic location. We found the hotel beautiful and quiet. Wonderful view of Navy Pier. They’d reached out before we’d arrive and we let them it was my birthday. We arrived at noon and they were able to check us in early and they brought up a wonderful cake to help us celebrate. Roof top patio was also great.

I mean when you need a good night sleep and want to make sure your surrounded by lovey people and things you can’t go wrong with the Ritz. Great location. Light on the restaurante and amentlities but your downtown Chicago you won’t run out of ideas.

Good
Good, but there are better in Chicago
Great beds and room, great area. Difficult to use the new showers, I guess because they are new they were hard to operate and you had to use force. Older people would have trouble climbing in and out of the tub, and it's slippery. Nickel and dime you for everything! Next time I'll stay at the Peninsula, much more grand and opulent.

Fabulous location, beautiful room. The food at the hotel was great, and the staff we very helpful. I was surprised that the lounge/rooftop seemed understaffed for a busy weekend. Took a while to get service and close out the bill.

Very Good
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. However, the pictures of the bathroom were completely innacurate. It appears that the room I was given was not the same as the room in the photos. The bathroom I had was very outdated. That part was quite disappointing.
