    Best food and running location
    Location is fantastic and the room was far more than just adequate. Yes, the hallways are tired, but I don't sleep in the hallways and the room was much larger than I anticipated. Parking was an extra $32, but you can checkout by 12pm and you don't need to move the car until 3pm, so that was great. We will definitely be staying there again. We ate at an indian restaurant (Mumbai), a Pho place that was fantastic and Whole Foods. Running wise, you are an easy jog / warmup to the Charles River pathways.

    Amenities are great but...
    All the amenities are present, it is relatively clean. The only thing is the noise level, we were facing the street level and can hear cars pass by all night long.

    Nice location but the staff.......
    Very nice location, close to the subway, Patrick at the front desk was very nice on the day we arrived, you got what you paid for, fair enough, overall no complaint until the night before we check-out..... We had 3 people with 2 double beds in our room, after a long day, we found out the shower was not working late at night, we called the front desk and somebody come up, take a look and left, couple minutes later, we received a call from the front desk - Stephen, he told us nobody will be available to fix that, he can change another room for us, but it would be only 1 double bed and a rollaway bed, I told him we need a room with 2 beds, and of course, with our luck, no rooms with 2 beds available, then I asked him to give us 2 rooms instead, and he said no, only 1 room with 1 bed left, then I keep telling him we are 3 people, and he said he has no authority to give 2 rooms... well, so it was no rooms available or he has no authority to give us 2 rooms? big question mark... I told him basically we have no choice, he said yes, we do have choice - we can stay in our room without shower or change the room....... when I request to speak to the manager, he said the manage will be there next morning, we can complain to the manager Finally we switched to a bigger room with 1 double bed & a sofa bed, the sofa bed was small and not comfortable at all, we left earlier next day in order to avoid the traffic and of course the manage was not there yet
