Bait and Switch
This was a very disappointing stay! The room.I paid for I didn't get. I was supposed to have was a Villa Suite corner Room with a jacuzzi tub but What I got was just a King room with a roman tub. They said there was a cook to order in room dinning that didn't have any regular breakfast stuff on the menu. We are a couple why would I want my husband/ or myself to be in a hot tub with men/ or women only with no couple option. I thought I was staying at the 4 seasons but they got bought out by another company again disappointing because I should've bern told this information so I could have the option of going some place else.

The property is little older but well maintained and clean. The star of the show is the pool area, which is super relaxing and well kept/serviced. Food and beverage are a let down. There is a pub but it has a very limited menu. LAW, which is the main restaurant, has very poor quality food (service ok). So, I would recommend not eating at the hotel. I had two dogs with me and everyone were super accommodating. Very pet friendly hotel, which was great. The spa is worth trying; very enjoyable experience.
