Wonderful stay
When we arrived we were greeted by Victoria at the front desk. She helped us get checked in the room that I was wanting was not available yet. She gave us a couple of complementary drink vouchers and had us waiting in the bar area. Once the room had been finished being cleaned she had the Bellman take our luggage upstairs for us. She was very pleasant and I hope that this note will get to Victoria because she was an asset to your company. The one Thing that could be done better is the bathroom was in need of an updating. Otherwise everything was great !!

Threatened to pay MORE upfront or LOSE Prepd Room!
Where to begin on the HORRIBLE service/issues with this Hotel!! 1) As soon as we arrive to check into our FULLY PREPAID Room (prepaid extra for 'river/lake water' view) and immediately, the VERY unfriendly woman at the front desk stated I had to pay an ADDITIONAL fee of $50 plus $100 (even though a deposit was already going to be on the credit card I was putting down for incidentals) or she was going to GIVE MY ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE because she "had other people waiting for rooms who will gladly pay more money!" I was aghast! I explained that I prepaid, and she disregarded that altogether, simply repeated that I either pay more money upfront in cash or I lose the room and have to leave and that since I "booked through Hotels.com, I could just take that up with them at that point." I was coerced into paying MORE money (the room was already prepaid by me for $400+) just to check in and since I had a coworker with me, I had to do it b/c all others in the area we needed were completely booked! We took our bags up and left for about 5-6 hours to work & grab dinner. We had a VERY early flight the following morning. Upon return to the hotel, neither of our room keys worked for the door (we were on the top floor!) I tried using my cell phone to call down to the front desk. After 3 attempts & no answer, I had to go ALL the wya back down, no one around, I looked everywhere, called out "excuse me please...anyone.." several times and 20 min later, another very unfriendly person ca

Hotel was clean, breakfast food was good, and staff friendly and helpful, but the last 3 days of my hotel stay i a d my 2 sisters became sick with headaches and nausea as someone was smoking a high grade marijuana in hotel on the 15th floor. It was reported to front desk staff who did nothing, security came to the floor but nothing. Shameful and I eibt stay in hotel again.

Poor Management and Security at Pullman Hotel
The hotel was a nice, fairly clean, great breakfast, parking, however such a large property should have a nice restaurant in it. What spolied the stay was on saturday sunday and monday the 15th floor stunk of Marijuana smoking, people coming out of the elevator smoking a large lit cigarette, a complaint was made, security guard was scared to knocked on doors i watched this man walk up down the isle and did notjing, hotel did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience and i had surgery on thursday. This is not good service in management and security the police should have been called to handle the matter. 3 days with headaches and stinky ordor.
