The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us as soon as we walked in abd checked us in immediately. They asked me if was a Hilton Honors member and verified my account. We went with a large family group for the weekend. All of us were very happy with our stay. I was not offered a map to my room and didn't realize it would have been helpful when looking for the elevator. Once I located the elevator, finding the room was okay. The air conditioner was not working. Only the fan. It was a hot day so the room was warm most of the night. The sink is in the bathroom and not convenient. Most hotels have the sink in the adjoing room with the closet. Beds are firm. The hotel is in a convenient location. The property is quiet.
