Awesome hotel. Stayed for two nights but no body came and cleaned our room. Maybe I missed something. Maybe rooms aren’t being cleaned daily now? Anyways everything else was great. Ordered room service and food was way better than expected. Thank you.

The customer service was excellent but the hotel definitely needs a renovation. The room was clean but peeling wallpaper, very old toilets and chipped bathtubs need to be addressed. The Starbucks in the hotel is a plus tho!

Wonderful weekend!
The lobby was beautiful and all the employees we encountered were very helpful. I felt the room was slightly on the smallish side but the view of downtown was nice. The hotel has a Starbucks which was perfect for us in the morning. I would book here again next time we stay in Dallas.
