Did not like: nobody to welcome you. No signs to indicate the inn (we arrived around 8:30 PM and it was night). Nobody answered at the front door. I then phoned and somebody guided me, but I never saw him. Entered the inn using the back door. Found another guest and his wife who were looking for their rooms, and like me and my wife, were confused. Indications for the wireless: a small, very small piece of paper on the kitchen door. Like: Ile d'Orléans is very beautiful. I think you should send an inspector to make an audit. Send him after dinner.

Auberge du Quai is under new management. Stephan, the innkeeper is very hospitable and helpful to guests. The inn is quaint, clean and well located. Stephan prepares and serves breakfast himself, taking time to visit with guests. Very comfortable stay.

Contrairement à ce que nous avons acheté... ce n’était pas une chambre royale avec un grand lit et vue sur la plage mais plutôt un lit double avec une vue indirecte. sur le fleuve. Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, pas de cadeau de bienvenue et pas de cocktail de bienvenue. Petit déjeuner continental !! Bon accueil mais tout simplement pas ce que nous avons acheté !!
