Had to make an impromptu stop for the night because of a snow storm. The hotel was clean with no glaring or obvious issues. Linens were clean and room was nice for the price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. COVID breakfast was better than other hotels by this brand, I liked the variety even though it was select items. I would definitely stay there again.

The room are very out dated. Smells like smoke, furniture not clear tore up. They said because we booked through hotels.com we couldn’t get and commendations.

Worn out old looking hotel. Need a renovation badly. Most staff were wearing masks, but, not wearing them properly. No enforcement of guests not wearing masks. Took over 30 min to check in at 10pm in the night because there was no one at the counter.

I liked the location and complimentary breakfast. There were several issues with the room. The toilet ran constantly because the flushing mechanism was broken. The furniture in the room was dirty spotty and worn. Only one elevator worked. Not a good experience.

Everything was fine all except the breakfast. You should consider incorporating Drury Inn breakfast concept. Otherthan the dissatisfaction with your breakfast, my and other family members stay was very pleasant.
