My Kauai Getaway!
This was a business/weekend getaway. I was pleasantly surprised on the great condition of the property and the room. There was a minor issue with a little rattling with the bathroom fan but not a big deal. The property is located behind the Coconut Marketplace which is a big plus in my opinion. The Coconut Marketplace includes restaurants, a convenience store and shopping. The property is a short drive to the town of Kapaa. I would definitely stay here again on my next weekend getaway.

Needs some love, but would come back.
Stayed in two different rooms for 4 nights. Wi-Fi didn’t work in either of them, as in it doesn’t even show up to connect to, and the information provided for it upon check-in isn’t accurate. TV are “smart TVs” so they are nextflix/hulu… capable, but they don’t let you connect to the Wi-Fi with the TV so you can use it. Parking is a disaster. It’s always at max capacity, the spots are so narrow you can barely get out of your car, and every night you have a half-dozen entitled people who get away with double parking their cars (but I guess I can understand they need to in order to be able to get out). Other than those two things that need to be fixed, the property is clean, quiet, and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

We would stay here again.
We booked an ocean front room and it was exactly as pictured in the app. We popped in at 10am just to check out hotel and they told us we could check in. What a bonus! People at front desk were great. 2 minute walk to the LavaLava Beach Club where we met friends for dinner. Listened to the surf until we fell asleep, woke up the sound of the surf (and chickens) The only thing we didn’t like was the bed was not too comfortable.
