Of course, the hotel is dated and doesn't look great from the outside, but it is well maintained and spotlessly clean in all areas, as far as I could judge. The room and bathroom were a decent size, breakfast was good quality but the hotel's strength is its staff. All were very friendly and helpful and seemed pleased I was there! The hotel is a beautiful space, although a little tired, for those who are disabled there is a mini lift to the hotel, so you don’t need to to do the steps. The room I had was spacious and very important an excellent mattress and pillows. Not far from city centre, easy walk, also great bars and pubs. Staff are fabulous. I will definitely stay again, preferred to premier inn.
