A great stay!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you for our 40th anniversary. The room was lovely and quiet. The food at Fathom was excellent, as was the live music and the service by Kevin. Two minor suggestions for improvement: One is that reception, while very professional, could be a little warmer. Secondly, we ordered in-room breakfast on our final morning. The breakfast was very good, however, the menu in the room for ordering in and the form that gets placed on the door don't match. For example - my wife would have liked Eggs Benedict, which was an option on the menu, but it didn't appear on the door thingy. We will definitely be back to the Grand Pacific.

Did not sleep well as the smoke alarm had a small light that was installed directly above the bed and shown on the bed. I kept waking up and seeing that light. The hotel rooms needs to be updated. The new restaurant Fathom was nicely decorated however the service was slow.
