The experience was absolutely horrible we booked at hotels.com they could not find a reservation at the hotel instead, they found it under Expedia. They put us in a handicap room because the hotel was completely booked. The room online show $220. They charge your card $389 when I called to speak to a manager I spoke with the car lol I m from Ecuador who would not give me her full name and said she was the highest manager. She would not let me escalate the call when I explain to her that we did not get the room that we booked. and that we were overcharged, she said that they were able to change the prices at any time. She was not accommodating at all, and would not want to speak to her manager over all this experience has just been very stressful.
