Location is good and near metro, staff are very kind and helpful. Room window doesn’t have screens for flies. The blankets were old. But overall we had good time there.

I came here August 2018 last year with my fiancé we had such a great experience. Unfortunately this time was not the same situation we had a horrible room that I was not notified it would be like because I requested the same room as I stayed last year. I have a condition of claustrophobia which did not help being in the room. The staff was friendly but I don’t think next year for our wedding we would return But thank you for your accommodations

Excellent location. 2 min from Spanish Steps and within walking distance of Vatican and other sites. Only negative was that our room in the main building was very small. Barely enough space to move around with our luggage but was clean and nicely made up.
