Disappointed
I really expect alittle more for $160 for one night. My room was 403 which was clean and nice room. However I could see the AirTran passing so close that I could see everyone’s face. I unfortunately had to close the blinds. I was woken up by the garbage truck at 6 am when he locate to pick up the dumpsters. He just dropped each one which was so loud it woke me up. Then for breakfast there was no orange juice, nothing but water came out. I’m disabled in a wheelchair and not one employee asked me if I needed any help getting breakfast. I was there by myself so I could only get a bagel and not able to enjoy anything else included well needed coffee. That was alittle upsetting. When checking out they did ask if I needed the shuttle back to the airport. I stated that I had a drs appt at 10;45 and that because of checkout at 11 that I would head to the airport after said appt. I also stated that my flight back home wasn’t until 8 pm and I will be at the airport waiting for 8 hours. No one offered a late check out. Again very disappointed

Great room next to the airport.
The room was very nice and quiet. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose the hotel for the 24 hr free airport shuttle. We needed to be at the airport at 4am and the hotel shuttle got us there in plenty of time. The front desk clerk texted me shortly after arriving in my room and asked how everything was. I haven't had any hotel do that beforre!
