10/10 Exceptional

Hotel
It was very pretty, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could’ve definitely been better. I was at least expecting complimentary water in the rooms, but there was nothing to drink unless you wanted to tame a walk to the vending machine. The air conditioning unit came out very humid and it was out to date. The vents were very dusty and they’re was one even in the shower with spider webs. The counter top in the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. It was great customer service overall.

4/10 Fair

Horrible Stay at the Hilton OakBrook
When I arrived, 2 employees stood talking to each other for 15 minutes before deciding to check me in although growing line to checkin and other staff already with customer. I was placed on the highest floor of building in a low traffic area, very far from elevator although I clearly checked in alone (no concern for my safety). Also, other guest was offered complimentary water, and I was not offered the same. I had to request. When I got to room, it was ok, but clearly had been sitting unused for sometime as air was rank.

2/10 Poor

Not a Hilton to remember
The room I requested I didn't get . I got a very small room and when I talked to your front desk people about it he made it seem as (that's what I get for being cheep) his words.. . It was totally disrespectful of him. I told him that not what I requested in a room . There must have been a mistake. To make a bad thing worse the room was half clean and had stains on the bed . I am a Hilton rewards member and I do a lot of traveling. This was the most unpleasant stay I have ever had. I was so mad about it that I cut my plans short and checked out early and left your establishment just to be comfortable ..
