It was our wedding anniversary they did nothing to go above and beyond except offer us a bag of popcorn they told me they could do something special when initially made the reservation also they denied a friend request to Send a btl of Champagne to the room the room was nice we paid $500 per night for a room I’m not asking for the world but they’re supposed to be a hotel that goes above and beyond and have a good reputation very disappointed will never stay there again Better service at a 2 start hotel
This would be one of my favorite hotel. I got to enjoy the pool, gym and the rooftop restaurant with it’s delicious food and great customer service. Cheers, Nobu
Everything thing was amazing the only issue I had was on the day of check out house keeping enter our room and woke us up at 8am and check out was at 12pm
An amazing hotel. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I can’t wait for my next stay. This hotel has everything you need for a staycation in Chicago
Absolutely stunning and enjoyable! This was my second staycation here and will be coming back again!
Nice property but pretty basic Don't expect them to go out of the way for any special occasions because they won't. Does a good job at hiding less than ideal views.
Nobu Hotel is one of the most comfortable and serene places I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff was helpful and gentle and kind. The baths and showers were luxurious and perfect. The windows are huge and frame the many city views and the beds are the perfect nest to rest in. The location is perfect with dozens of incredible restaurants steps away yet many other sites are within a mile walk. Price is reasonable for all that you receive. I will be back.
It was the most amazing view with an accommodating staff. The spa, and workout center is great. Not to mention that the rester aunt is word class, the rooftop has one of the best views in the city. Refuse to stay anywhere else in the city from here on out!
The service was wonderful but there’s something missing about this hotel. For the cost, there should be some more pizazz to it. To start, why build a brand like Nobu in Chicago but don’t take advantage of the beautiful downtown views in Chicago or the lake? The view in our room was non-existent and on the rooftop leaves much to be desired. I really love the bathroom in the king corner suite.
