I think that the view was phenomenal. And the room was quite comfortable. However, for the money, I think a few more services would be appropriate. A discount on parking perhaps. Parking prices in Chicago are outrageous. I had to walk 2 blocks to the hotel from the parking garage. It was freezing and with luggage, it wasn't easy. Not a good look for a high priced hotel.

Perfect location to go to House of Blues
Come to Chicago for an overnight stay to attend a private party at the House of Blues. The location was excellent, and the Westin has the vibe I like in a hotel: clean and upscale. The mirrored surface in the bathroom was coming away from the glass on the edges, but otherwise, the room was in very good condition.
